Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Raaj Hotel. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, raajhotel.com (the “Site”), and the services we provide. By accessing our Site and making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “The Hotel” refer to Raaj Hotel, operated by “Raaj Hotel”.
Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed through our designated booking engine and you have received a confirmation email from us. Special requests made during booking are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable government taxes will be added to the final bill. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
- Check-in: Standard check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out: Standard check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
- Early Check-in & Late Check-out: These requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges at the discretion of the Hotel.
Guest Identification Policy
As per Government of India regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in.
- Indian Nationals: A valid, government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter ID must be presented. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
- Foreign Nationals: A valid passport and a valid Indian Visa must be presented.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification is not provided.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We have a detailed cancellation policy to protect both our guests and our business.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time (12:00 PM) will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited and considered a cancellation fee.

Guest Conduct and Hotel Regulations
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor public areas of the hotel. A cleaning penalty will be applied if this rule is violated.
- The Hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings and valuables.
- Management reserves the right to remove any guest for conduct that is disruptive or unsafe to other guests or hotel staff, without providing a refund.
Limitation of Liability
The Hotel’s liability for any service failure or issue is strictly limited to the amount paid by the guest for the specific booking in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any agreement between you and the Hotel shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
Amendments to Terms
Raaj Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
