Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

At Raaj Hotel, we understand that plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair as possible to our guests while also protecting our ability to manage room availability and serve all our clients effectively. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a reservation.

Standard Room Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all standard bookings for our AC Deluxe Rooms.

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time (12:00 PM on your arrival date) will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the standard check-in time (12:00 PM) will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.

  • Mid-Stay Cancellation / Early Check-out: If you decide to shorten your stay after you have already checked in, you will be billed for the full duration of your original booking. Refunds will not be provided for unused nights.

No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date (a “no-show”), the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically. The full amount of the booking will be forfeited and retained by the hotel as a no-show fee.

Group Booking Cancellation Policy

A booking of 3 or more rooms is considered a “Group Booking.”

For all Group Bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the group’s check-in date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay for each room booked.

Special Offers and Non-Refundable Rates

From time to time, Raaj Hotel may offer special promotional rates. These bookings are often designated as “Non-Refundable.” Bookings made under such offers are subject to the specific rules of that promotion and may not be eligible for any refund upon cancellation. Please check the details of the offer before booking.

How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations desk directly. You can:

  • Reply to your original booking confirmation email.

Please have your Booking ID or reservation number ready to help us process your request swiftly.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

Policy Modifications

Raaj Hotel reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. The policy that was in effect at the time you made your booking will apply to your reservation.
